A.T.V.'s must be registered with Wild Acres in order to be driven on
community roads. Operation of an ATV without meeting the WALPOA
guidelines will result in a Tier 3 fine (up to $ 1,500 per
infraction).

A. Registrant must be in good standing.That
the owner must sign a waiver of liability.
B. That
the owner must sign a waiver of liability.
C. Must register A.T.V. with the
Administration Office and pay applicable registration fee.
D. They must follow all rules set forth.
E. Maintain a valid DCNR registration.
F. A.T.V. must use all its factory
equipped lights, as well as mufflers and be equipped with spark arresters while
being operated within the property boundaries of the Association.
G. There is to be no passengers on any
A.T.V. unless it is equipped to carry more than one person.
H. You must carry Comprehensive and Liability
insurance.
I. No rider may operate any A.T.V. under
the age of 16.
J. That all operators under the age of
18 must complete an approved safety course.
K. All insurance as well as certificates
must be carried on the vehicle while in operation.
L. You must have a whip flag attached
while driving the roads of the association. While on the roadways, the flag
must be extended up; while off roading, the flag may be removed or folded over.
M. You must obey all speed limit and
posted signs within the community.
N. You must wear all safety equipment
such as helmets as prescribed by the Association.
O. A.T.V.’s may not be ridden during
posted quiet hours.
P. That you may be fined at a Tier 3
level for the intentional acts while operating within the boundaries of the Association.
