Attention Members of the association:

Please be advised as per the associations bylaws Section 3.4 VACANCIES (see below), the Board of Directors are seeking to fill a vacant seat due to resignation by Mrs. Diane McDonald.  Please submit letters of interest to the Wild Acres Lakes Administration Office addressed to "Board of Directors Vacant Seat" no later than Tuesday, March 16, 2010.  You will be interviewed at the next meeting of the Board of Directors closed session held on Saturday, March 20, 2010.

If any vacancy or vacancies should occur on the Board of Directors between  General Election Meetings, the Board shall, within (60) days appoint, by majority vote of the Board to fill said vacancy shall serve until the next annual election meeting when the membership shall elect a director to serve the remainder of the unexpired term.
